It was so warm and bright
It made me so happy
However after our first encounter
I thought I lost you
But then amongst Monday's blues
I found you
Something erupted within my heart
A sensation rushing through my veins
I remembered your previous smile
And I don't want to lose you again
I didn't realize all these times
You were actually right beside me
So close, yet I didn't know
Now I feel so stupid yet happy
This is the first time
The first time I felt so crazy
I didn't want to just sit at the side
Now that I have found you
It first started with a text
Then another few encounters
I knew you were the one for me
You were everything to me
I liked the way you smile so brightly
I liked the way you just sit and stare
I like the way you tell me you're sleepy
I like the way you tell me you're hungry
I don't want to miss a single thing you do
I want to listen to your voice
I don't want to go away when you're here
I want every chance to see you smile
