As I looked out of the window
The rain seemed to fall endlessly
Onto the muddy grounds
Equivalent to a hail of translucent bullets

As I looked out of the window
A misty sight greeted me;
Ghosts floating in the air, carefree
In the pale moonlight

As I looked out of the window
Darkness has enshrouded everything
Like a black flame
Engulfing everything

As I looked out of the window
The sun has finally risen
Over the Eastern horizon
And with its rays shining onto my face
